About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website. By using it, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website belongs to Haider Associates & Builders, D-12 Markaz, Islamabad, Pakistan. In these terms, "we" and "the business" mean Haider Associates & Builders. This website was developed by Haroon Saleem - Develos - ICVPL ("the developer").

What this website is

This is an information website about property and construction in D-12 and E-12, Islamabad. You cannot buy, rent, book or pay for anything on it. It has no accounts and takes no payments.

Property listings and prices

  • Prices are asking prices, or monthly rent for rentals. They are not valuations or final sale values.
  • A price or listing can change, and a property can be sold, let or withdrawn, without notice.
  • Sizes, dimensions, possession and development status are shown as supplied to us. Where a listing has an area clarification, read it.
  • Photographs and illustrations are indicative. They may not show the current condition of the property or land.
  • Some plots show a branded illustration marked "Not a site plan". It is not a photograph, survey, site plan or boundary drawing, and it must not be used to judge size, shape or position.

Do your own checks

Before you pay any money or sign anything, you should:

  • confirm availability, dimensions, boundaries, ownership, possession and documents directly with us;
  • verify the same things independently with the relevant authority, such as the Capital Development Authority (CDA) for Islamabad;
  • visit the property and take advice from a qualified professional, such as a lawyer.

You are responsible for your own checks and decisions. Do not pay anyone on the strength of this website alone.

No advice and no agreement

Nothing on this website is legal, financial, tax, investment or professional construction advice. Property guides, news and construction updates are general information. They may be out of date or may not fit your situation.

No agency, brokerage, sale, rental or construction contract exists between you and the business until a separate written agreement is signed. A listing, an enquiry, a call or a message is not an offer or a commitment by anyone.

Using the website

You may read the website, print pages and share links to it. Please do not:

  • copy or scrape the listings or other content in bulk to resell or republish them;
  • try to disrupt, overload, probe or break into the website or the services that host it;
  • use our name, photographs or contact details in a way that could mislead others;
  • use the content to train AI models without our written permission.

The last point matches the website's robots.txt, which sets ai-train=no. Search engines and AI assistants that find the website and cite it are welcome.

Enquiries and personal information

The enquiry form on the Contact Us page does not send anything to us. It builds a message in your browser and opens your own WhatsApp or email app with the message ready. You review it and press Send yourself.

  • This website does not receive or store what you type into the form.
  • If you send the message, it goes from your device to WhatsApp or to your email provider, and then to us. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. The text may also stay in your browser history or your app.
  • The website itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs, which we do not control.
  • Please do not put ID card numbers, bank details, passwords or other sensitive documents in the form. If you need to share documents, agree with us first how to do it.

The website depends on services we do not run or control, including WhatsApp, email providers, and the hosting and domain name services that deliver the website. They can be slow, change or be unavailable, and their own terms apply.

Links to other websites, such as official CDA pages, are given for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

The website and its developer

This section protects Haroon Saleem - Develos - ICVPL, the developer, as well as the business.

  • Copyright. The website's software, code, design, layout and original written material are protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish, resell or reuse any of it, including as a template for another website, without written permission from its owner. The developer's rights under their agreement with the business are reserved.
  • Content comes from the business. All listings, prices, photographs, descriptions and business information are supplied and controlled by Haider Associates & Builders. The developer does not verify them. The developer accepts no responsibility for their accuracy, for availability, or for any transaction, agreement or dispute between a visitor and the business.
  • No warranty. The website is provided without any promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for downtime, for failures of hosting, domain name or messaging services, or for losses that arise from using the website.
  • Security reports. If you find a security problem, please report it privately to the business using the contact details below. Please do not publish it or use it to access anyone's data.

Our responsibility

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they are accurate, complete, current or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, the business is not liable for any loss caused by relying on the website. This includes loss from a decision to buy, sell, rent or build, and loss from the website being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any liability that cannot be removed or limited by law. Any service we provide to you is covered by the separate written agreement for that service, not by these terms.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
